For deliveries outside of the UK restrictions do apply and delivery charge will be subject to size and weight of the item, see terms & conditions for further details.
Items which are in stock will be dispatched within 5 working days (Standard Delivery) and overseas delivery should be within 14 days.
Orders placed over the weekend will not be dispatched until the next working day, so please bare this in mind when placing an order.
Some of our bigger items are not kept in stock & therefore we order them from our suppliers, this can take anything up to 4 weeks for delivery dependant on stock levels, but as soon as the order is placed we will notify you with a confirmation e-mail of the expected delivery times & as soon as the item is in stock with us we will dispatch to you, alternatively you can call us on 02476 716415 and we can inform you of the expected delivery time.
In event of an item being temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and goods will be dispatched as soon as they are available. You will only be charged for delivery once.
We dispatch our parcels using a courier service or for smaller parcels, Royal Mail. Some of our parcels will require a signature before the item will be left, if you are not in for any reason when the courier comes then they will leave a card and you can collect the parcel from your nearest depot.
